This week, eclipse season begins with a watery full moon eclipse in Pisces, while the Sun and Mercury make their way through the Virgo gauntlet.

🔎Where we’ve been: The Cosmic Context

This week, we find ourselves at the beginning of eclipse season marked by a full moon in Pisces. The sun is moving through the final degrees of Virgo, establishing connections with several outer planets along the way. 

As planets move through the last 15 degrees of Virgo, they will 

  • oppose Saturn in Pisces
  • square Jupiter in Gemini 
  • trine Uranus in Taurus 
  • oppose Neptune in Pisces
  • trine Pluto in Capricorn

While the Sun is finishing up this series of events this week, we also see Mercury will just be getting started. 

Venus has already done this song in dance back at the end of August. Look back to between the 17th and the 29th to get a feel for the storyline that was playing out; those themes could very well be developing now.

🧙🏻‍♀️Witchy Wisdom for the Week

Embrace Hope During the Eclipse in Pisces.  Navigating this eclipse is going to have a lot to do with how well you can ride the emotional undercurrent.

With the full moon happening in Pisces and conjunct Neptune, the potential to want to disconnect, tune out, and yearn (if you have prominent Pisces placements, you know exactly what I mean🥲)

The best pov to go into eclipse szn with? Focus on the best-case scenario. The Venus-Jupiter trine at the start of the week is an excellent time to discuss and dream. Connect with others and see if you can connect with your personal 10 of Cups. 

As we approach the eclipse, it's totally normal to experience heightened emotions. For this eclipse, you may also feel a deep desire to transcend daily life. Take heart; you don't need to burn down your life. Find ways to ground yourself – I love a good old fashioned gratitude list.

Engage in Creative Problem-Solving Midweek. Mercury’s opposition to Saturn could bring challenging discussions or a need for rigorous mental focus. However, the subsequent Sun-Uranus trine is perfect for innovative solutions. Use this time to creatively tackle obstacles, maybe by introducing some fun into otherwise mundane tasks.

Find Solid Ground Amid Confusion. As we end the week, the Sun’s opposition to Neptune and Mercury’s square with Jupiter may cause feelings of uncertainty. Avoid major decisions during this time and engage in grounding practices instead. Anything that gets you into your body and in touch with your inner guidance will help!
