🔎 The Cosmic Context

The cosmos reminded us of its dynamic nature last week with Venus's transit from Virgo to Libra, highlighting themes of relationships, harmony, and ease. But Venus’s journey was just the beginning. 

Venus’s movement through Virgo and into Libra involved alignments with Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, each bringing its distinct flavor of influence. This dance across the earth signs and Virgo/Pisces axis will continue as planets move through Virgo. 

Expect an opposition to Saturn, a trine to Uranus, an opposition to Neptune, and a final trine to Pluto each time a planet makes its way through Virgo. This packed schedule of outer planet activations will unfold over a couple of weeks each time planets make their way through the second half of Virgo. This week, the Sun begins this journey as it opposes Saturn.

Reflect for Empowerment on Pluto in Capricorn

As Pluto enters Capricorn for the final time in our lifetimes, spend some time reflecting on how this transit has transformed your life. Think back to November 2008 and consider the changes you’ve experienced in the Capricorn-ruled areas of your chart. 

I am 1000% sure Pluto has transformed your life in obvious, but perhaps, also subtle ways. Spending some time recognizing your growth can empower you to handle the upcoming shifts with grace and a sense of capability (instead of worrying about what might happen, which is so easy to do with Pluto transits). 

Notice where you get triggered more easily

Mars moves into Cancer this week, but what's important to note about this (other than Cancer being the sign of Mars' fall) is that it'll be in Cancer until April 23, 2025, with the exception of about 2 months in Leo (Nov 3 - Dec 6), due to Mars retrograde.

This long stay in Cancer will bring heightened emotions and a call to defend what we care about most. This transit may challenge your usual ways of asserting yourself, pushing you to navigate your ambitions within the nurturing but protective Cancerian energy. Pay attention to what triggers you over the next several months as this could offer important insights into your personal growth areas.

Get creative within the confines 

As the week wraps up, we face a dynamic mix of energies with Mercury square Uranus and Sun opposite Saturn. Prepare for sudden insights or information necessitating quick adjustments followed by a need to deal with restrictions or obligations. This unique mix encourages creative problem-solving within the constraints you're presented with, blending innovative ideas with disciplined focus.

Plant seeds with the Virgo New Moon 

The new moon on September 2nd in Virgo offers a stable energy, making it an excellent moment for intention setting and spell work. It’s the last lunation before eclipses roll through on Sept 17 and Oct 2, so take advantage of this energy to sow intentions for future growth. Just be mindful of Mars square Neptune’s haziness—clarity in your intentions will go a long way.
